Join us for Dinner and Drumming in the Well Fed Garden, where we will gather to celebrate the oneness on Mother Earth through our natural environment, sharing a meal and group drumming.
This interactive drumming session will allow you to make music and connect with one another and to the world around you through the rhythms of nature and join us in a process that yields stress reduction and lifestyle enhancement.
A tour of the Well Fed Community Garden will start at 5:30. A delicious community-style meal will follow from Irregardless Cafe. The meal will include a garden salad, freshly baked pizza* and a cash bar. The evening will end with a group drumming circle facilitated by Greg Whitt of Drum for Change. Drums will be provided by Greg for the evening, but you are also welcome to bring your own.
