Events in the Garden

The Well Fed Community Garden offers a variety of events:

Weekly Produce Stand

Held every Saturday from 10am-1pm. Explore the garden and pickup some fresh veggies grown right here at the garden. We also have plants for your garden.

• Monthly Workshops – Taught by our garden team and/or experts in the community, these workshops are an excellent way to learn how to garden and preserve produce and herbs.

• Seasonal Events
  • A Dayenu Shabbat Farm Dinner on Friday, September 22nd 6:00 – 8:30 pm, at the Well Fed Community Garden,  Sign up here .  $36/adults, $18 children under 12.

    Enjoy a delicious 3 course vegetarian Shabbat Dinner with wine, featuring produce from the Well Fed Garden, and learn about Dayenu
  • Dayenu Workshop: “Confronting the Climate Crisis & cultivating Spiritual Courage.”  Sunday, October 15 3:30 – 6 pm at the Well Fed Community Garden.  Free to folks 17 years and older. Sign up at dayenu.org/spiritual-adaptation scroll down to the Raleigh Durham Workshop.

All events will be held outdoors. Please wear weather appropriate clothes and shoes. No dogs. All workshops will be located at the Well Fed Community Garden, 1321 Athens.
